As a treatment, botox is injected into specific muscles in very small quantities. It acts by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles, mostly signals that cause muscles to contract. The most common use of these injections is to temporarily relax the facial muscles by smoothing of facial wrinkles in forehead and around the eyes and improving the appearance. Botox treatment is minimally invasive.

Common areas where botox are used:

  • check-mark-1 Forehead Frown Lines – Frown lines, also referred to as wrinkles, worry lines, forehead furrows, glabellar lines, or “the 11s,” that are deep vertical lines that
    develop on the forehead.
  • check-mark-1 Sagging Brows – Droopy eyebrows or sagging brows are usually caused with age due to weakening of muscle.
  • check-mark-1 Crow’s Feet – Small, fine lines that extend from the corners of your eyes when
    you laugh or smile.
  • check-mark-1 Marionette Lines and Corners of the Mouth – The lines run vertically between the mouth and chin, which can also create sagging in the lower half of your
    face.
  • check-mark-1 Smoker’s Lines – Smokers lines , which are sometimes called lip lines, lipstick lines, or lip wrinkles are the little vertical lines that form on the lips.
  • check-mark-1 Neck Bands – Neck bands are horizontal lines which traverse the front of the neck.
