Liposuction is performed under general anesthesia. A small instrument called a cannula is inserted into tiny incisions in your skin that suctions fat and fluids from the breast. The goal is to remove extra fat, skin, and breast tissue. The nipple and areola

In Vertical or lollipop technique, an incision is made around the edge of the areola,
and another vertical incision is made from the areola down to the bottom of the breast. This is ideal for patients with mild to moderately large breasts. - In Inverted -T or Anchor technique, three incisions are made on the breasts. First incision is around the areola in a circular shape. Another incision is made from the areola down to the bottom of the breast and the third runs along the crease under the breast in a crescent shape for a distinctive T-shape pattern. This technique is only used on women those who have severe breast drooping.
