If the Breast augmentation surgery is done using implants, a pocket is created in the chest/breast area and the implant is placed in the pocket properly. Tissue is constructed to match the patient’s age, weight, height and existing cup size and then the implants are placed with care and precision for the most natural look.
Our Two basic types of breast implants are:

Saline implants: These implants are inserted empty and then filled with sterile
salt water once they are placed properly -
Silicone gel implants: These implants are pre-filled with plastic silicone gel.
In some cases, fat is also sourced from another part of the body (such as your
abdomen, thighs, or flanks) and transferred to the breasts to increase their size and shape
